This individual will be essential to their work/projects and long-term growth of the organization!

Job Description

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project goals and specifications are met.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost control.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily logs.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with design documents.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Support problem-solving efforts on-site, identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
  • Track project milestones and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Construction Management (or related field)
  • 2+ years of Project Engineer experience at a general contractor.
  • Experience working on multifamily and/or residential projects.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Procore (or similar platforms).
  • Must be a self-motivated individual who works independently and excels in a fast-paced environment.
