This individual will be essential to their work/projects and long-term growth of the organization!Job DescriptionCollaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project goals and specifications are met.Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost control.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily logs.Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with design documents.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Support problem-solving efforts on-site, identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact project timelines.Ensure compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.Track project milestones and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
