Job Description

* Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout.

* Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.

* Assist with project scheduling, cost tracking, and coordination efforts.

* Collaborate with field teams and occasionally visit project sites to support execution.

* Participate in structured training and development programs designed to accelerate growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer should have:

* 1+ years of construction experience on commercial projects.

* Experience supporting healthcare, industrial, or education projects preferred.

* Exposure to projects valued at $5M+ preferred.

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus.

* Proactive, positive, and eager to develop into a future leader.
