Job Description

  • Assist with project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
  • Support project schedules, procurement activities, and material tracking
  • Coordinate communication between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, and reporting to ensure successful delivery
  • Participate in job site visits, owner meetings, and project closeout activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer should have:

  • 1-4 years of construction experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant PM, or similar role
  • Experience supporting commercial construction projects preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work independently when needed
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is a plus
