Job Description

  • Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, reporting, and project coordination
  • Assist with subcontractor management, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Track project costs, progress, and construction milestones
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved
  • Participate in client, consultant, and internal project meetings

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer should have:

  • 1-3 years of construction industry experience
  • Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership potential, coachability, and professionalism
  • Stable work history with interest in long-term career growth
