Job Description

* Support Project Managers and Superintendents with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and procurement activities.

* Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to maintain project schedules.

* Assist with cost tracking, change management, and budget reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

* Participate in project planning, site meetings, quality control reviews, and safety initiatives.

* Help drive successful delivery of complex projects while gaining exposure to self-perform operations and field execution.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer should have:

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or related field.

* 1-3 years of construction experience through internships, co-ops, or full-time employment.

* Experience working for a commercial general contractor preferred.

* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

* Demonstrates humility, coachability, leadership potential, and a desire for a long-term career with one organization.
