Job Description

  • Support the PM in managing projects from bidding through closeout
  • Coordinate project documentation, permits, RFIs, change orders, and purchasing
  • Assist with estimating, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
  • Track project progress, budgets, costs, and deliverables
  • Support field crews, superintendents, and installers throughout projects
  • Build strong client relationships and communicate project updates
  • Participate in project meetings and pre-site planning calls
  • Provide after-hours support when needed and assist other departments as required

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of construction, project management, or related experience
  • Experience with retail construction, fixture installs, or rollout projects preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand construction contracts preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable making decisions and providing direction to project staff
