The team is known for delivering complex substation projects while maintaining a collaborative environment where engineers have meaningful ownership, visibility, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.Job DescriptionLead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and CAD professionals supporting substation projects.Oversee execution of substation engineering deliverables across Physical Design and Protection & Control disciplines.Serve as Engineer of Record and provide technical review and quality oversight of project work.Manage project schedules, staffing, resource planning, and successful delivery across multiple active projects.Act as a primary client contact to support project execution, maintain relationships, and identify future opportunities.Direct development and review of engineering packages including design calculations, construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.Support project activities through engineering, field support, commissioning, testing, and project closeout.Mentor junior team members and promote engineering best practices, safety standards, and continuous improvement.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
