The company offers a collaborative, team-oriented culture, strong employee retention, and a commitment to sustainable building practices.Job DescriptionSupport the Project Management team on multiple active construction projects simultaneously.Assist with project coordination, documentation, scheduling, communication, and administrative project functions.Work closely with Project Managers and field teams to help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.Participate in various phases of project delivery, gaining exposure to both office and field operations.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain project progress and resolve issues proactively.Contribute to projects across a variety of sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, multifamily, food & beverage, and other market segments.Travel periodically to project sites located primarily throughout Vermont, with additional projects in Eastern New York and along the New Hampshire border.Report directly to the Project Management team and work within a highly collaborative environment.Location: South Burlington, VTWork Environment: Primarily office-based with regular field exposure; no remote option available.Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 base salaryMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
