Our client is a well-established and highly respected general contractor based in South Burlington, VT, with over 40 years in business. They serve a variety of markets, including commercial, healthcare, food & beverage, multifamily, and education-offering both ground-up construction and renovations. Job Description

  • Assist Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
  • Maintain project documentation and track progress using company systems
  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and meetings with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with superintendents to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
  • Contribute to problem-solving and process improvement across projects

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Project Engineer will have/be:

  • 0-4 years of relevant construction experience (open to all backgrounds)
  • Motivated and eager to learn
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related technical field preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
