Job Description

  • Assist in planning and managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to meet project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Support in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project life cycle.
  • Contribute to project risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the construction department.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of construction experience
  • Previous internship or co-op experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
