  Information Management: Direct the lifecycle of critical project data, including the efficient distribution and coordination of RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

  Procurement Oversight: Validate the execution of all material orders, ensuring timely arrival and accurate inventory management to prevent site delays.
• 
  
  Project Documentation: Maintain rigorous daily project records and reporting, ensuring all administrative field work is comprehensive and audit-ready.
• 
  
  Schedule Optimization: Monitor project timelines and milestones closely, identifying potential bottlenecks to ensure all deadlines are consistently met.
• 
  
  Subcontractor Relations: Foster productive, professional partnerships with trade partners to maintain a high-velocity workflow and collaborative site environment.
• 
  
  Data Organization: Act as the custodian of site documents, ensuring the most current drawings, specs, and field manuals are organized and accessible to the team.
• 
  
  Tactical Coordination: Support the seamless integration of subcontractor tasks, managing site logistics to maximize daily productivity.
• 
  
  Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to and participate in company-led training initiatives to integrate emerging industry best practices into daily operations.
• 
  
  Site Safety & Standards: Partner with Site Superintendents to uphold elite standards of site cleanliness and strict adherence to safety protocols.
