Job Description

Key Responsibilities * Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation. * Assist with schedule development, updates, coordination, and progress tracking. * Support procurement of materials, equipment, subcontractor deliverables, and long lead items. * Maintain organized logs and digital records for secure and non secure projects. * Participate in jobsite walks, QA/QC checks, and punch list development. * Collaborate with field teams to address coordination issues and support daily operations. * Maintain communication with subcontractors, design teams, and internal stakeholders. * Assist with estimating tasks including takeoffs, bid analysis, and scope reviews.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Proven exposure to high-end interior projects or secure/regulated environments (e.g., SCIF) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of core project functions including RFIs, submittals, and scheduling.
  • Proficiency with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between field and office teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong desire to learn and grow.
