Job Description

  • Assist in planning and managing construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues to maintain project timelines.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to resolve technical challenges and implement solutions.
  • Support communication between stakeholders to align on project objectives and updates.
  • Track and report project performance metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer should have:

  • Experience in construction project coordination and management.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
  • Ability to analyze and solve technical and logistical challenges.
