Known for its collaborative, team-focused culture, the company provides preconstruction, design-build, construction management, and general contracting services across a range of commercial sectors.With a reputation built on integrity, quality, and long-term relationships, this organization offers employees the opportunity to work on meaningful projects while benefiting from strong mentorship and career development.Job Description As a Project Engineer, you will report into a Project Manager and work closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.Coordinate project documentation including Requests for Information, submittals, drawings, and related recordsSupport preconstruction activities including quantity take-offs and bid leveling exercisesReview submittals and procurement activities to ensure alignment with project schedulesIdentify and resolve gaps or discrepancies in construction documents with project stakeholdersAssist with subcontract preparation, purchase agreements, and project administrationCoordinate subcontractor schedules alongside field leadership to maintain project timelinesSupport project safety initiatives, schedule updates, closeout activities, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycleMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
