With approximately 90% repeat business and long-standing relationships with regional and national clients, this is a contractor built on reputation, trust, and consistently delivering for its customers-while continuing to invest in and develop top construction talent.Job DescriptionThe Project Engineer's Key Responsibilities: Assist with quantity takeoffs, bid packages, subcontractor bidding, and preconstruction planning.Partner with the SPM to help drive projects from preconstruction through closeout.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation to keep projects moving.Support QA/QC efforts through tracking logs, inspections, testing, and punch lists.Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, owners, and subcontractors to keep scope, schedule, and quality on track.Coordinate pre-installation meetings, material testing, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.Get hands-on field experience by supporting superintendents, conducting inspections, and helping maintain project schedules and quality standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
