About Our Client

My Client:

My client is a rapidly growing Design-Build contractor coming off a record-breaking $100M+ year, with 70-75% of their work driven by repeat clients-a testament to the reputation they've built in the market. Their diverse portfolio spans automotive, healthcare, education, senior living, churches, office, and general commercial, backed by a newly established Preconstruction department and a strong pipeline for continued growth. Despite their expansion, they've maintained a close-knit, collaborative culture where egos are left at the door, field leaders are given real ownership of their projects, and teams are focused on finding solutions and delivering for the client.
