Despite their expansion, they've maintained a close-knit, collaborative culture where egos are left at the door, field leaders are given real ownership of their projects, and teams are focused on finding solutions and delivering for the client.Job DescriptionThe Project Engineer's Key Responsibilities: Get cradle-to-grave project exposure, supporting projects from preconstruction and buyout through final turnoverWork directly alongside the SPM and Superintendent, gaining hands-on experience running commercial projectsOwn key project controls including RFIs, submittals, change orders, tracking logs, and closeoutSupport estimating, quantity takeoffs, bid packages, subcontractor leveling, and preconstruction planningDrive QA/QC in the field through inspections, testing, punch lists, and pre-installation coordinationCoordinate directly with owners, subcontractors, PMs, and field teams to keep scope, schedule, and quality on trackBuild real field and project management experience with a clear path toward taking ownership of your own projectsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
