Their collaborative culture, commitment to employee development, and focus on long-term client relationships have made them one of the area's most respected contractors.Job DescriptionAssist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and project execution.Manage and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.Coordinate communication between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel.Maintain project records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.Support procurement activities, including material tracking and subcontractor coordination.Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays or issues.Participate in project meetings and distribute meeting minutes.Assist with project cost tracking, budgeting, and reporting.Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project requirements.Support closeout activities, including punch lists, as-built drawings, warranties, and turnover documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
