Project Executive → Urban Multifamily & Design-Build

This is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing projects from preconstruction through completion, with a strong focus on execution, coordination, and team leadership.

• 📐 Partner with the internal design team to ensure constructible, high-quality plans
• 🏛️ Manage permitting, inspections, and all jurisdictional requirements
• 📦 Lead procurement of owner-supplied materials, including pricing and lead times
• 🤝 Bid, negotiate, and award subcontractor scopes; build new trade relationships
• 💰 Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and reporting (including monthly cost tracking)
• 🛠️ Collaborate daily with field leadership to maintain quality and timeline
• 📄 Oversee RFIs, submittals, requisitions, and project documentation
• ✅ Drive project closeout and turnover processes
• 👥 Mentor junior team members and help build out the project management structure
