This Project Executive position offers the opportunity to influence operations, mentor future leaders, and help drive the continued success of a well-established contractor.Job DescriptionProvide executive leadership and oversight for multiple Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and project teams.Lead the successful delivery of large-scale ground-up construction projects ranging from approximately $50M to $100M+ in value.Oversee project performance, budgets, forecasting, profitability, and client satisfaction across a portfolio of projects.Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously at various phases of construction.Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.Support business development initiatives through networking, industry involvement, and relationship-building efforts.Represent the organization in executive-level meetings and presentations.Mentor and develop Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to strengthen future leadership within the organization.Assist with recruiting, hiring, workforce planning, and team growth initiatives.Drive a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, safety, and operational excellence.Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client expectations.Serve as a strategic Project Executive resource for project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
