Job Description

The Project Executive - Commercial/Residential will:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial and residential construction projects.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparenct and alignment.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations, building codes, and company policies.
  • Mentor and support project teas to achive operational excellence.
