MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Project Executive should have:15+ years of progressive leadership experience within commercial construction.7-10+ years dedicated exclusively to mission-critical or data center construction projects.Proven experience delivering hyperscale data center projects, campuses, or large-scale advanced technology facilities.Demonstrated success leading projects exceeding 100MW phases with exposure to multi-phase campus developments.Strong understanding of data center mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, high-voltage infrastructure, cooling systems, and commissioning processes.Extensive experience managing complex construction contracts, technical exhibits, and commercial project agreements.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.Willingness to travel nationally on a 10-days-on / 4-days-off rotation and relocate near project assignments when required.Experience within semiconductor, battery manufacturing, advanced technology, or similar highly technical environments is advantageous.What's on OfferBase salary of approximately $220,000.Opportunity to lead a flagship mission-critical construction program.Long-term national project pipeline with significant career progression opportunities.Exposure to some of the most technically complex and high-profile infrastructure developments in North America.Work with industry-leading clients, executive leadership teams, and top-tier construction professionals.Travel-based leadership role supporting future project opportunities nationwide.Interested?
