Job Description

  • Serve as the executive-level point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead the successful execution of large-scale hyperscale data center projects and campus developments.
  • 10 on 4 off travel schedule, must be open to national travel after project(4+ years).
  • Drive project strategy, budget performance, scheduling, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee complex contract administration, joint venture relationships, and specialized systems coordination.
  • Provide leadership across field operations, project management, preconstruction, and supply chain teams.
  • Champion a culture focused on safety, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Support future national project pursuits and mobilizations following project completion.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Executive should have:

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within commercial construction.
  • 7-10+ years dedicated exclusively to mission-critical or data center construction projects.
  • Proven experience delivering hyperscale data center projects, campuses, or large-scale advanced technology facilities.
  • Demonstrated success leading projects exceeding 100MW phases with exposure to multi-phase campus developments.
  • Strong understanding of data center mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, high-voltage infrastructure, cooling systems, and commissioning processes.
  • Extensive experience managing complex construction contracts, technical exhibits, and commercial project agreements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationally on a 10-days-on / 4-days-off rotation and relocate near project assignments when required.
  • Experience within semiconductor, battery manufacturing, advanced technology, or similar highly technical environments is advantageous.
