This role operates at both the strategic and project level, serving as a key liaison between ownership, clients, design partners, and internal teams.Key responsibilities include:Provide executive level oversight for multiple concurrent projects from preconstruction through closeoutLead pursuit strategy, preconstruction efforts, budgeting, and value engineeringMaintain accountability for project financial performance, schedules, risk management, and qualityServe as the primary senior point of contact for clients, architects, and consultantsMentor and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and Preconstruction staffEstablish and improve systems, processes, and best practices as the company scalesDrive client satisfaction and repeat business through proactive communication and issue resolutionPartner with leadership on staffing, forecasting, and long term strategic planningMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
