About Our Client

Our client is an established electrical contractor delivering complex commercial, industrial, and mission-critical construction projects. They are seeking a Project Executive to lead project delivery, manage client relationships, and oversee financial performance.

Job Description

  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation across multiple electrical construction projects.
  • Serve as a primary client contact, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors, and support staff.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to support project profitability.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
  • Identify project risks and resolve issues affecting schedules, costs, or execution.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, electrical codes, and safety requirements.
  • Oversee contracts, change orders, progress reporting, and project documentation.
  • Improve project delivery processes and support team development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Executive - Electrical Construction should have:

  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience in electrical contracting and construction project management.
  • Proven success delivering complex, high-value projects, particularly within data centers, healthcare, or industrial facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and applicable codes and standards.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and allocating resources across concurrent projects.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and cost management skills.
  • Excellent client communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing project risks and maintaining safety compliance.
