Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget targets are met


  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders


  • Manage subcontractors and internal teams to ensure high-quality project delivery


  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and change management processes


  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and a collaborative project culture


  • Mentor and develop junior project staff and contribute to team growth

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:



  • 15+ years of construction management experience, with at least 10 years in healthcare or hospital construction


  • Proven track record of managing complex healthcare projects in operational facilities


  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, P6, MS Project, or similar)


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
