Job Description

The Project Executive - Life Sciences / Healthcare - MD will:

  • Provide executive‑level oversight of multiple life sciences and healthcare construction projects ranging from $500K to $50M+
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project teams of approximately 13-15 professionals
  • Drive project profitability, schedule adherence, and quality execution across all phases
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long‑term partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with business unit leadership on strategy, staffing, and project planning
  • Oversee project controls including budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and risk management
  • Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera Scheduling, BIM tools, and Microsoft Office 365 to ensure operational excellence

The Successful Applicant

The Project Executive - Life Sciences / Healthcare - MD will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10-12+ years of construction experience with a General Contractor
  • Life sciences experience strongly preferred; healthcare experience also considered
  • Proven track record of delivering profitable projects with high client satisfaction
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing high‑performing project teams
  • Strong proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera Scheduling, BIM, and Microsoft Office 365
