With a team of approximately 40+ professionals, the organization is known for delivering best-in-class work alongside top architectural partners. The Project Executive will be instrumental in driving project success while helping to build out both senior and mid-level leadership. As a Project Executive, you will have a visible seat at the table with leadership and a direct impact on the company's growth trajectory.

Job Description

  • Lead and oversee multiple high-end interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to project teams, including PMs and SPMs
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors
  • Drive project performance, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule goals are achieved
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support company growth and operational excellence
  • Mentor and develop project management staff as a Project Executive
  • Ensure best-in-class execution across all phases of construction projects
  • Represent the company in high-level meetings and client engagements as a Project Executive

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a senior construction leadership role (Project Executive or similar)
  • Strong background managing high-quality interior construction projects
  • Experience working with top-tier architects and clients
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to operate in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities
