Job Description

  • Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, implementing adjustments as needed to stay on track.
  • Oversee compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.
  • Ensure quality control and address any issues that arise during construction.
  • Foster strong working relationships with clients and team members to facilitate successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Executive should have:

  • Extensive experience in managing construction projects within the multifamily and retail mixed-use industry.
  • Turnkey experience building large mixed-use commercial projects from inception to completion.
  • Preconstruction experience important.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills to guide project teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and project management tools.
  • Deep understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
