Project Executive- Multifamily + Commercial- Newton

• Lead and manage multifamily and commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for project updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions as needed.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
