Our client is seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee multiple large-scale ground-up construction projects throughout Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. This leadership role will drive project performance, mentor project teams, and ensure the successful delivery of multifamily, senior living, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.

Job Description

  • Provide executive oversight for multiple ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Lead project teams to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are consistently achieved
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Support business development efforts and help secure future project opportunities
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field leadership teams
  • Drive project execution strategies and proactively resolve challenges that impact delivery
  • Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, and risk management initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, contract requirements, and safety regulations

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractor
  • Proven success leading ground-up multifamily, senior living, hospitality, or mixed-use construction projects
  • Experience managing large-scale developments and overseeing multiple project teams simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, client management, and team-building skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) preferred
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction operations, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
