Job Description

  • Lead all phases of ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor procurement, and contract administration.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field staff.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and track project schedules, cost forecasts, and monthly financial reporting.
  • Oversee change order management, subcontractor performance, and project quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to company safety programs and all regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Executive should have:

  • 10-15 years of construction Project Management experience with a general contractor.
  • Proven success managing new ground-up construction projects.
  • Strong experience in multifamily, assisted living, senior living, and/or hospitality construction markets.
  • Ability to manage large, complex projects from inception through completion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) preferred.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, financial management, and client relationship skills.
