Job Description

    • Serve as a senior leader driving both client development efforts and the successful execution of healthcare projects.
    • Collaborate closely with local business development teams and internal partners to build and maintain client relationships, pursue new opportunities, craft competitive proposals, and lead client interviews.
    • Set the strategic vision and guide teams through every project phase, from preconstruction planning through final closeout.
    • Oversee and coordinate multiple large-scale projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance at a portfolio level.
    • Develop team members through ongoing mentoring, training, and coaching, while conducting formal performance reviews and supporting long-term career growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Executive should have:

  • Strong local relationships within the healthcare or lifescience space
  • Desire to support in growing the local office team for a national GC
  • Experience leading multiple project teams on large scale projects.
  • Proficient in Cost Reporting required.
