Project Executive - OC/LA HCAI

• Lead construction project activities from planning through closeout to meet agreed project goals.
• Coordinate project schedules, priorities, and deliverables across internal teams and project partners.
• Review project progress and address issues that may affect scope, timing, or delivery.
• Work with union signatory partners to coordinate construction activities and site needs.
• Communicate project updates, decisions, and next steps to relevant stakeholders.
• Guide project teams in resolving day-to-day construction matters and maintaining project momentum.
• Monitor project documentation and key deliverables to support accurate project execution.
