Job Description

As the Project Executive, you will lead project strategy, client engagement, and execution across major commercial builds, reporting into senior leadership. Your work will directly shape operational success and project outcomes.

    • Provide executive oversight on projects ranging from $10M to $70M+
    • Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and operations teams
    • Manage client relationships and support business development efforts
    • Drive project financial performance, risk management, and operational excellence
    • Ensure successful project execution regarding safety, quality, schedule, and budget
    • Support strategic growth initiatives across key markets
    • Collaborate with executive leadership on operational planning and resource allocation

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Executive role, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Project Executive, Senior Operations Manager, Director of Construction, or similar leadership role
  • Strong commercial construction background
  • Experience overseeing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
  • Healthcare, tribal, municipal, education, or institutional project experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and client-facing capabilities
  • Existing relationships within the Oklahoma construction market are advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to develop teams and drive business results
