Job Description

* Manage public, municipal, healthcare, education, and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

* Drive schedules, contracts, budgets, pay applications, change orders, and project documentation.

* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

* Maintain strict compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

* Partner with field teams and leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Executive should have:

* 5-10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.

* Experience managing public, government, institutional, healthcare, or K-12 projects.

* Strong understanding of contracts, documentation, compliance, and project controls.

* Detail-oriented leader with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

* Construction Management degree preferred and a passion for collaborative team environments.
