Job Description

  • Provide executive oversight for multiple civil infrastructure projects and project teams.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Engineers, and Operations staff.
  • Serve as the primary executive liaison for clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive project performance across safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.
  • Support teams in resolving complex operational, contractual, and project challenges.
  • Monitor portfolio financials, risk management, resource planning, and forecasting.
  • Champion operational excellence, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Executive should have:

  • 15+ years of progressive construction management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple projects and project teams.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale commercial construction projects and client relationships.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, team-building, and organizational development skills.
  • Demonstrated success managing project financial performance, risk, and operational execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience leading multiple Project Managers and operational teams within a commercial construction environment.
