Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of residential and multifamily construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to ensure high-quality standards and efficient workflows.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
