Job Description

The Project Executive is responsible for:

  • In office daily - Bridgewater MA + travel to project sites as needed (greater Boston)
  • Providing operational oversight for multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Leading internal project teams and managing cross-functional coordination
  • Maintaining client relationships and ensuring satisfaction across all phases
  • Overseeing financial reporting, risk analysis, and subcontractor performance
  • Conducting monthly project reviews and staffing evaluations
  • Attending owner meetings, site visits, and subcontractor progress meetings
  • Ensuring timely and accurate completion of owner applications

The Successful Applicant

The right Project Executive has the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management
  • 10-15+ years of experience in construction management
  • Proven experience in ground-up multifamily, assisted living, or hospitality projects
  • Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License
  • OSHA 30-hour training
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Spectrum and Procore experience preferred
  • LEED AP or LEED training encouraged
