The Project Executive will serve as a senior leader responsible for overseeing project teams, maintaining client relationships, driving business development efforts, and helping grow the Charlotte operation. This role extends well beyond project execution and requires an individual who actively contributes to winning new work, expanding client relationships, and creating opportunities for future growth.

Job Description

  • Provide executive oversight for multiple construction projects and project teams
  • Lead and mentor Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Operations personnel
  • Develop and maintain relationships with owners, developers, architects, and industry partners
  • Identify, pursue, and help secure new business opportunities
  • Participate in project interviews, presentations, and pursuit strategies
  • Support business development initiatives and strategic growth planning
  • Oversee project financial performance, risk management, and operational execution
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on market expansion opportunities
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  • Promote company culture, values, and operational excellence throughout the organization

The Successful Applicant

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or
  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Executive



Required Background

  • Proven commercial construction experience
  • History of managing complex projects and client relationships
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
  • Strong understanding of construction operations, project delivery, and financial management
