Project Executive - Water / Wastewater Utility Construction

• Provide executive oversight for water and wastewater treatment facility projects.
• Lead project managers, superintendents, engineers, and support teams.
• Manage project financial performance, forecasting, and budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with municipal clients and engineering partners.
• Oversee project planning, execution, procurement, and risk management.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Support project pursuits, business development, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Drive resource planning and organizational performance improvements.
