Job Description



  • Full-Lifecycle Project Leadership: Oversee all commercial construction phases from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring projects across commercial, healthcare, higher education, municipal, and industrial sectors meet budget, schedule, and quality goals.


  • Financial & Risk Management: Develop detailed project budgets, schedules, and operational plans while proactively mitigating risks, driving procurement strategies, and presenting financial reporting to executive leadership.


  • Stakeholder & Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership groups and key stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships through transparent communication and collaborative problem-solving.


  • Cross-Functional Team Direction: Lead and unite Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to foster a collaborative, high-performance project environment.


  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Guarantee strict adherence to safety standards, quality expectations, building codes, and company procedures across all jobsites.


  • Talent Development & Excellence: Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring team members to cultivate the company's future leadership.

The Successful Applicant



  • Experience & Expertise: 10+ years of commercial construction experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects ranging from $1M to $20M+.


  • Sector Knowledge: Experience in complex commercial sectors-such as healthcare, higher education, municipal, or industrial-is highly preferred.


  • Operational Command: Mastery of project operations, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


  • Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership and client-facing skills, backed by a stable career history that demonstrates reliability and growth.


  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with industry software, specifically Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
