Job Description

A Project Executive will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide executive oversight across multiple ground-up multifamily projects
  • Lead Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall performance
  • Establish project strategy and ensure successful execution
  • Monitor financial performance, forecasting, and profitability
  • Develop and maintain relationships with owners, developers, architects, and consultants
  • Review project schedules and proactively address risks and challenges
  • Support preconstruction, estimating, and project planning efforts
  • Ensure projects meet company standards for quality, safety, schedule, and budget
  • Mentor and develop project management and field personnel

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Executive should have:

  • 10+ years of construction experience preferred
  • Proven ground-up multifamily residential experience required
  • Experience managing multiple projects and/or large project teams
  • Stick-frame / wood-frame multifamily experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contracts
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience working directly with owners and developers
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
