With an expanding project pipeline, the company is looking for a senior construction leader who can help drive project performance while contributing to the continued growth of the organization.Job DescriptionA Project Executive will be responsible for the following:Provide executive oversight across multiple ground-up multifamily projectsLead Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teamsOversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall performanceEstablish project strategy and ensure successful executionMonitor financial performance, forecasting, and profitabilityDevelop and maintain relationships with owners, developers, architects, and consultantsReview project schedules and proactively address risks and challengesSupport preconstruction, estimating, and project planning effortsEnsure projects meet company standards for quality, safety, schedule, and budgetMentor and develop project management and field personnelMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
