Project Finance (Temp)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth credit analysis on project finance transactions across sectors including data centres, renewables, power, and core infrastructure
• Review and challenge financial models, focusing on cash flow resilience, downside cases, and key sensitivities
• Assess credit risks associated with digital infrastructure assets, including demand dynamics, offtake structures, and technology considerations
• Draft clear and concise credit papers and deliver recommendations to credit committees
• Work closely with origination, structuring, legal, and risk teams throughout transaction lifecycles
• Monitor an existing loan portfolio, identifying performance trends and emerging risks
• Ensure all transactions comply with internal risk frameworks and external regulatory standards
• Support deal execution timelines with efficient and commercially minded credit input
