Job Description

  • Leads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks.
  • Establishes project budgets and manages cost.
  • Coaches, mentors, develops, and trains project management teams.
  • Maintains knowledge of contract requirements and addresses complex obstacles.
  • Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
  • Ensures all risk management controls are implemented.
  • Manage and oversee construction projects from planning through completion.

The Successful Applicant

  • Civil Engineering/Construction Management Degree
  • Minimum 3-7+ years of construction experience
  • Prior preconstruction experienced is preferred
  • Strong tenure
  • Commercial Construction Experience
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities to manage teams effectively
  • Solid understanding of construction processes and safety protocols
