Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of the $20M historic renovation project.
  • Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain alignment.
  • Monitor construction progress and resolve any challenges that arise.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Manage procurement of materials and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and project team members to ensure satisfaction.
