Unlike many contractors, this firm does not hire employees on a project-by-project basis and is committed to retaining team members well beyond individual assignments.Job DescriptionManage all phases of public K-12 construction projects valued between $50M and $60M.Oversee project financials, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules while driving overall project execution.Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.Manage contract administration, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.Mentor field and project staff while fostering a collaborative project culture.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
