About Our Client

Our client is a privately held construction manager and general contractor generating roughly $250M annually with about 90 employees between Ohio and Pennsylvania. They sit in a unique spot in the market: large enough to win sophisticated, technically challenging projects but small enough that leadership remains accessible and decisions don't require five levels of approval. The company has built its reputation through repeat clients, measured growth, and long-term relationships. Leadership intentionally avoids taking on more work than the team can properly support. For Project Managers, that means better staffing, realistic workloads, and a company that thinks years ahead instead of quarter to quarter.
