Job Description

  • Lead and manage $25M+ construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and oversee project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to align on project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders as required.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to maintain satisfaction and trust.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial forecasting
  • Lead communication with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Coordinate procurement activities and subcontractor buyout processes
  • Track project performance and mitigate risks throughout construction
  • Collaborate closely with field teams to maintain quality and schedule objectives
  • Manage project documentation utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Ensure client expectations are met while maintaining profitability goals

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5-10 years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Experience managing projects valued at $25M+
  • Background in healthcare, education, senior living, multifamily, hospitality, country clubs, or similarly complex projects
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls
  • Experience leading high-end or highly customized construction projects
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
