Job Description

  • Manage all phases of adaptive reuse construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Procure materials and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with all project team members.
