About Our Client

100+ year-old, fourth-generation family-owned GC with a national footprint and a growing Milwaukee operation. With roughly $500M in revenue, extensive self-perform capabilities, and a lean Wisconsin team, they offer the best of both worlds: the resources and stability of a national contractor with the autonomy and visibility of a mid-market firm.

  • Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, buyout and execution
  • Manage relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors
  • Oversee project financials, contracts, change orders and forecasting

  • Lead project meetings and manage RFIs, submittals and project documentation
  • Partner with the Superintendent to drive field execution, schedule and quality
  • Identify and resolve risks before they impact cost, schedule or quality
  • Build strong client relationships that generate repeat business
  • Support preconstruction, estimating and value engineering
  • Leverage BIM/VDC and self-perform capabilities
  • Mentor junior project staff and contribute to growing the Milwaukee operation
